Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Discount is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Delays & Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
